Epoxy primer versus polyaspartic primer. Which one is better and why? Well, it really comes down to the surface preparation of the concrete. After a diamond grind, our epoxy forms a mechanical bond to the concrete allowing us to warranty your floor for a lifetime*. Sure, polyaspartic coatings sure are tough, but the adhesion is not as deep as with our epoxy.
Not at all. When choosing your topcoat, choose based on your preference of the look because there is no difference. We offer gloss and matte topcoats for all of our floors. We also offer an additional anti-slip topcoat to give more texture for higher-risk customers and for exterior surfaces.
We have developed and perfected our process to get in and out of your home, garage, or business in 24 hours. 24 hours after that you’ll be walking on your beautiful new floor and able to park the car on it 24 hours after that.
Our master electricians provide panel upgrades, circuits to breakers, receptacle/outlet upgrades, install updated lighting and fixtures, new appliance wiring, install electrical in detached buildings, full-home rewiring, new construction electrical, install and/or upgrade exterior electrical (light poles, spot lights).
Our electricians recommend panel upgrades if your home or office’s electrical panel contains fuses. As we upgrade our homes with new appliances, the load on the panel is greater. The greater the load, the higher risk of blowing fuses and needing to replace them. It is much easier to add or replace breakers.
If your home’s electrical panel is a 100 amp service, we recommend upgrading to at least a 200 amp service. New appliances such as washers, dryers, ac units, dishwashers, garage heaters average 15 to 20 amps. Some appliances like ranges and boilers are as much as 50 amps. Now, think of the number of appliances that you have. The average home is 13.8 appliances for a 2-person household. New homes are built with 200 amp minimums.
Ask your trusted electrician today about upgrading your home, office, commercial or industrial buildings electrical service.
